Adobe Fresco and Procreate have very similar interfaces. The app can be used on more devices and works seamlessly with the Creative Cloud family. Overall, Adobe Fresco wins for compatibility. Procreate also has more customizations to help you adjust your tools with precision. The app provides many natural brushes that artists would use traditionally. Procreate was created specifically for digital illustration. You can get a free version, but it’s limited and not nearly as powerful. In comparison, the full version of Adobe Fresco is only available via a subscription with Adobe. The software is only $9.99 as a one-time purchase.

Adobe Fresco and Procreate are great programs with a myriad of different tools. Lacking in support when compared to Fresco.The app can only be used on Apple devices and not devices with a Windows or Android operating system.
